Qpercom came to life in 2008, at the University of Galway, Ireland, when a senior lecturer of Medical Informatics and Medical Education was inspired to transform assessments by creating solutions to common challenges in assessment and evaluation in order to empower excellence among aspiring candidates. Since then, Dr Thomas Kropmans has built a supportive team around him who continue to follow the same mission.
